Department: Food and Beverage
Positions: Host, Server, Expeditor, Food Runner, Busser
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor, Dining Room Manager
Host Overview: Responsible for positive experience of guests while maintaining the quality standards and supervision of the outlet staff.
Server Overview: Serve food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
Expeditor Overview: Ensure the correct service of food to the restaurant and bar, and proper communication with the kitchen staff
Busser/Food Runner Overview: Clean and set up tables in the outlet and perform other food service-related duties, including general cleaning and set up. Responsible for the correct service of food to the restaurant and bar, and proper communication with the expeditor.
