Purpose: To provide continuous operational excellent by providing the Restaurant General Manager with a “copilot” to ensure the restaurant operation retain leadership that results in excellent service, amazing quality, engaged and productive colleagues, loyal returning guests. To provide staff members with a mentor and resources that can ensure their success and improve their life. To ensure this strategic business unit is lead, managed and operated responsibly and to the highest levels of performance. To achieve the desired financial results by impeccable execution of all the aspects of the business.

Job Description: Functions as the Strategic Business Co-Leader of Restaurant operation including bars, lounges, room service and off premise catering. Assists the Restaurant General Manager with all facets of running the restaurant operation and completes all tasks, duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned within set timelines. Directs and organizes the activities of the team to maintain high standards of food, beverage and service. Develops, implements and monitors schedules for the operation while maximizing service levels and achieving a profitable result. Implements effective control of food, beverage, and equipment and labor costs. Continuously evaluate the performance and encourage improvement of the employees in the department. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of Pearl’s & the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. Leading from a service prospective this leader typifies excellence in service, details and professionalism. This leader is able to consistently ignite the human spirit by creating unrivaled hospitality experiences fueled by fun, enthusiasm and compassion that challenge each person to unlock their own potential.

  • Abide by all legal requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.

Physical Requirements - (not limited to)

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach above and below shoulders, repetitive arm and wrist use, climb ladders and stairs, and walk on uneven surfaces.
  • Must be able to operate motor vehicle using safety precautions.
  • Must be able to recognize, register, and respond visually to color and depth perception.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to work indoor, outdoor, in extreme heat and cold.
  • Must be able to work around moderate noise level.
