Job Description: Functions as the Strategic Business Co-Leader of Restaurant operation including bars, lounges, room service and off premise catering. Assists the Restaurant General Manager with all facets of running the restaurant operation and completes all tasks, duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned within set timelines. Directs and organizes the activities of the team to maintain high standards of food, beverage and service. Develops, implements and monitors schedules for the operation while maximizing service levels and achieving a profitable result. Implements effective control of food, beverage, and equipment and labor costs. Continuously evaluate the performance and encourage improvement of the employees in the department. Position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of Pearl’s & the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. Leading from a service prospective this leader typifies excellence in service, details and professionalism.
