We are a fast casual restaurant around the valley serving Poke –it’s like Chipotle with the assembly line, but with raw fish. Now starting to offer Signature Sushi Burritos with cooked items such as Shrimp Tempura, Bulgogi Beef, Karaage Chicken. Scottsdale and Glendale locations features Hawaiian BBQ.

Here at Pokitrition we love food. And we look for people who also love food. Especially sushi & like it RAW.

We serve fast, customizable poke bowls with very simple ingredients while offering the best customer service.

We’re looking for people that are energetic, hard working, highly motivated, genuine, and a team player to be part of our Pokitrition culture.

Part and full time positions available for kitchen/hot, food/sushi preparation, team member and cashier.

Customer service and restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary.

Requirements –

• Your best customer service
• Genuine attention to customers
• Food service and current Food Safety certification a plus
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Able to multitask
