- Oversees all mitigation and EMS based services
- Leads daily “Stand To” meetings
- Manages equipment and consumables inventory
- Manages Mitigation fleet/vehicles
- Monitors performance data; anticipating, preventing and solving problems
- Provides training and direction to mitigation and contents cleaning personnel
- Directs and ensures proper coordination of all Mitigation Department administrative affairs
- Determines feasibility of work, based on insurance coverages and nature of damages
- Inspects job sites to establish initial scope of work, confirms with insured and adjusters
- Assists in the recruitment and qualifying of subcontractors and vendors
- Reviews all projects in order to ensure quality of work
- Leads all operational sales activities
- Assists in the recruitment and onboarding of Mitigation personnel
- Fields customer questions & concerns, resolving all issues, working with appropriate staff
- Builds relationships with field adjusters, commercial business clients and other referral partners
- Writes EMS related estimates and scope of work as needed
- Representing the company at industry events and associated groups as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of related experience
- 2-7 years experience as a Mitigation Project Manager and/or related experience in the insurance restoration Industry
- IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration
- Project Management related certifications and/or training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite or related software
