Here at Canna World Market, we manufacture and produce CBD and natural hemp products to ship to our wholesalers, distributors & our retail stores. We are in search of a retail sales associate to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with standard Monday - Friday hours with some weekend work as needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional that adapts quickly to change, is agile, thrives in a startup culture and has a passion for CBD and Functional Mushrooms.

Job Duties:

  • Educating customers on the benefits of CBD and Functional Mushrooms
  • Weighing, labeling & packaging products for resale.
  • Receiving supplies & materials.
  • Packing and shipping orders
  • Perform weekly inventory counts for restocking
  • Maintain, clean, sanitize retail storefront
  • Execute miscellaneous duties.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Fluent in speaking, reading and writing the English language.
  • Must be on time, ready to work each day
  • A go-getter! We love people who take initiative

Physical Demands:

  • Wear various safety gear such as goggles, masks, aprons, gloves, hairnets, etc. throughout the work shift.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds, stand, bend and twist throughout the shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Competitive Salary or Hourly Compensation Offered, Depending on Experience

Schedule:

  • 36 hours per week @ 9 hour per shift
  • 10am to 7pm Monday to Saturday. Sunday 12pm to 5pm

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay Frequency:

  • Bi- Weekly

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
