Sugar Bowl Resort is looking for Retail Sales Associates to sell clothing and accessories, lift tickets and rentals to the public and employees. Obtaining payment for goods sold. Working cash register and balancing daily receipts. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee’s job is to provide excellent customer service to every guest, every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Previous experience in sales of winter related inventory
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Provide superior service to all customers, general public and employees
- Greeting customers and determining their needs
- Directing customers to appropriate purchases and suggesting store items
- Understanding current trends, technical details, and fabric characteristics and communicate this information to the guest as needed
- Merchandise, display, stock, and maintain stores appearance through daily cleaning chores
- Accepting payment efficiently, diplomatically, entering appropriate payment type, balancing cash sheet
- Responsible for balancing cash and credit card transactions at the end of each shift.
- Assist store managers in executing merchandising goals, product placement and product presentation
- Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
- Flexible working hours
- Outgoing, friendly and helpful attitude is essential along with being able to work well under pressure
- Other duties may be assigned
