Job Title:

Sales Associate

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate are fun, genuine, and team-oriented individuals who contribute to store sales and Guest satisfaction goals by providing a unique and memorable experience. Welcoming guests, maintaining floor appearance, directing guests to goods, providing customer service and operating cash registers.

Work Experience:

• Possess great knowledge of the store and merchandise, contribute to sales metrics and meeting individual and store goals.
• Make connections with Guests by providing a personalized approach – welcoming and greeting all Guests with a smile, while being genuine and sincere.
• Follow all company policies and procedures including by not limited to Cash Management, Attendance, etc.
• Use information gained from engaging with guest to drive sales. This should include inviting Guests to come in and learn about our store and advertise all services.
• Engaging Guests in conversation by using open-ended questions to assess reason for visit and to personalize experience.
• Maintain visual and housekeeping standards to represent the brand experience

· Complete all other tasks as may be assigned by store management.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk around, bend, kneel, lift weights up to 50lb, sit; use hands to type, use computer, phone, cell phone and other retail/office equipment/technology. Must be able speak, see and hear. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of the time.
