Maximize your earning potential as a Retail Shift Lead and earn $24.00 hour (Base of $20.00 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour). It's your time to shine as a Shift Lead! In this role, you'll begin to develop the skills needed to be an exceptional future leader! In addition to leading by example as you WOW customers on the sales floor, you'll have a chance to manage some of the back of house processes that keep your store up and running smoothly.

You can look forward to having the opportunity to lead and mentor a couple of your peers to help them become top performers. You'll also assist in communications with our Grassroots team for special events! Above all, you'll be measured by your ability to hit sales goals and your attendance and punctuality.

Your workout:

• Demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years supervisory or key holder experience. Experience in leading opening and closing duties is a plus!
• Take pride in helping Customers stay fit as you help them reach their goals by outfitting them in the best footwear
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends – whatever it takes to best serve the needs of our Customers. (**Weekend availability is required**)
• Demonstrate a willingness to apply sales and service skills to ensure a WOW experience for every Customer!
