Waterway Carwash in Leawood is hiring full and part-time Retail Store Associates! Daytime, Evening, & Weekend shifts are available. Earn $16-$19/hr with a $15/hr base + bonus.

Waterway is an industry-leading full-service car wash, gas station, and retail convenience store. Waterway delivers the best service in the business, and the Retail Store Associate is on the front line delivering that exceptional customer experience. Duties include:
- Working inside and outside of the Convenience Store, assisting customers as needed
- Greet and connect with every customer and provide top-notch customer service. Help customers identify the best solution from our menu of car wash options
- Complete transactions using the registers, scanners, and tablets
- Suggestive selling of car washes, Waterway memberships & coupon books, and retail merchandise
- Keep the checkout area and convenience store clean, well-stocked, and orderly
Job Requirements:
- Must be 17+ years old
- No experience required – we’ll train you!
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Abide by Professional Appearance standards
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be authorized to work in the US
