What will the job look like?
Management
Day to day operations of our retail store
Work shifts on the floor
Create and manage schedule, including shift coverage as needed
Create, implement and maintain task lists for shop employees
Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and and in a timely manner Enforce company policy
Collaborate with management weekly to determine and prioritize merchandising needs
Oversight of inventories
Conduct monthly inventory on the first day of each month
Provide low stock report to upper management and production team weekly on agreed upon days
Other duties as assigned
Retail
Take an active role in product merchandising through creative, attractive and fresh displays
Implement functional systems for retail operations
Continually restock shelves
Actively promote the sale of our products in store
Community
Produce schedule, and organize regular in store tasting events as well as larger community events and sales
Work with marketing team to communicate in store promotion and events
Through communication discover and highlight innovative ways to expand our customer base
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
