We are a Kilwins franchise and are looking to hire Part-Time Retail Team Members. We have ONLY day shifts available. Day shift is 11 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday.

Retail Team Members earn a competitive wage of $15 - $18/hour with tips, depending on experience. We also offer a friendly team environment, where our employees get to be surrounded by chocolate and ice cream.

As a Retail Team Member, you are often the first point of contact customers have with our company. You are responsible for providing excellent customer service and brand knowledge to our store guests by answering any questions they may have and offering sales suggestions. You also effectively operate our POS/cash register when customers are ready to purchase products in person as well as accept payments and accurately make change when needed. In addition, you perform general cleaning duties around the store as well as ensure that our merchandise and displays are set up according to company standards. When our stock is running low, you prepare and make Waffle Cones, quality Chocolates, Fudge, and Ice Cream that you then help serve to customers. In order to successfully perform the duties of this position, we will provide training in customer service techniques, sales suggestions, health standards, and general store procedures.
