Responsibilities as the Retirement and Investment Plan Specialist:
- Enroll clients into IRA and other retirements programs
- Communicating with clients through email and phone
- Exchange and transfer assets into out of program
- Ad hoc projects around beneficiary processes and other initiatives
- Meet with clients in person or virtually about disbursement options and savings options
Qualifications to be the Retirement and Investment Plan Specialist:
- Series 6 or Series 7 license and/or Wisconsin Life Insurance License
- 1-2 year in customer service or sales oriented role
