Return Merchandise Processor

Quality Care – Warehouse role

De Rigo Rem, an eyewear designer and distributer in Sun Valley, CA is seeking an experienced, hands-on, high-energy Returns Merchandise Processor.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Credit the customer according to RMA information
• Inspect returned items for resale or damage goods.
• Daily processing of 200 frames with the total sum of $14,000-$19,000
• Sort Mail
• Ability to use office equipment, such as computer terminal, copier, calculator, fax machine, multi-extension telephone, paging system and document scanner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, also SAP experience is a plus.
• Must be a team player, have strong customer service skills
• Must be self-motivated and have positive energy
• Must also have good interpersonal and leadership skills and a willing positive attitude
• Must be a constant contributor to improvement of processes and daily job functions
• Prolonged, extensive or considerable standing/walking at times
• Must be able to reach, stoop, bend or crouch to complete tasks
• Manual dexterity and mobility
• Must be focused on the task at hand
• Can be fast paced environment during busy seasons
• Subject to varying assignments, including:
• Assist in packaging and restocking of reworked frames
• Assist in labeling and tagging of product
• Mandatory Overtime the last Saturday of every month

Pay: $16.04 - $16.50 per hour
