Track and analyze K12 School Bid Awards utilizing Excel, Tyson Bid systems and data, competitor web sites, and Tyson Sales / Business Unit / Revenue Growth Management Team member knowledge.

Main Duties: Getting details from bid documents, capturing information into Excel, identifying competitors by researching their websites and products. Use cost per serving to determine proper pricing among competitors.

Duration: 2 months. This is an ongoing project currently underway to compile data, and it's expected to end in May. There is a chance it will continue past that but it won't be confirmed until the middle of May. There is always the chance for full time positions.

Hours: There is a backlog of bids that need to be completed, so there is a chance of a few 40 hour weeks to start, but there may not be enough work to keep someone at 40 hours a week the entire assignment.

Qualifications:

Seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented, accurate, and investigative individual to capture and manipulate data in Excel, research competitor products through their web sites to determine servings per selling unit, and interface with Team members as needed to help accurately compile and validate information.

K-12 experience, CPG, bidding, data entry or food service backgrounds are all appreciated but not required.

Looking for candidates who have experience with Excel, strong problem solving skills and communication skills- interactions with other depts. No college degree required-students welcome.

Interviews: virtual. 1 round only.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
