This Full-Time RN position is working with residents in Assisted Living Memory Care. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implementing physician orders
- Administration of medication
- Administering treatments
- Assessments, admissions, and plan of care
- Documentation of training and care given
- Monitoring and training staff
- Communication with family and physicians
- Compliance of all regulations
- Infection control monitor
Knowledge of Assisted Living License for Dementia Care is a plus.
Current MN RN License is required.
