Description:
- CM works in the Kaiser suite.
- CM provide care to only Kaiser patients in admission with inpatient or observation status following CMS guidelines _ICM works in collaboration with Provider.
- ICM role includes performing patient assessment, clinical review for medical necessity and discharge planning.
