Diamond Willow is an Assisted Living and Memory Care facility that started in 2004. We have 11 locations throughout Northern Minnesota, each site has 8-16 residents per home. We are looking to hire a full-time RN Clinical Supervisor to support various RN clinical functions in our Mountain Iron, MN location. This position is Monday through Friday primarily day shift with the availability to be on call. The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all facility and people operations.

The RN Clinical Supervisor (RN) is responsible for:
Reading staff communication messages to make sure all pertinent issues are addressed
Reviewing and performing the nurse to-do list
Reviewing site calendars and ensuring all appointments and labs are taken care of
Addressing any staff issues that arise and documenting
Observing, tending to, and documenting resident's health needs
Communicating with Administrator regarding relevant staff and resident information and/or concerns
Completing incident reports as needed
Working with Administrator to ensure staffing needs are met
Working with Administrator to ensure MD orders are processed and performed
Updating families on any changes to the resident
Following up and documenting any medication errors
Assuring that all staff are aware of job expectations and requirements
Ensuring that payroll is completed in a timely and accurate manner
Assessing and documenting all residents
Ensuring the site is fully staffed and scheduled
Admitting Residents
Overseeing the hiring and training staff

Requirements:
Leadership ability
Must be able to occasionally fill in when needed. Which may be a night, afternoon or weekend shift.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Must be able to work as a team member and maintain a positive demeanor
Must possess good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Positive work attitude

Qualifications:
Graduate from an approved Registered Nurse (RN) program
Possess a valid Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license
LALD (Licensed Assisted Living Director) or willing to obtain within 1 year needed
