• One-year acute nursing care, hospital-based preferred.
• Experience in home health
• Certified Home Health Including Proficiency with OASIS
• IV Certification /1 Year IV Experience preferred
• Med Surg, as well as IV Therapy experience, preferred
• MAY BE OPENING CASES
• Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of nursing.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply community health principles and practice.
• Demonstrated ability to perform independently as a clinician with minimal supervision or assistance.
• Experience with self-scheduling of caseload preferred.
• History of flexibility in assuming varied assignments.
• BSN strongly preferred
• Current Driver's License (and insurance)
• In order to effectively provide home care, they must have a working knowledge of home care reimbursement and regulatory guidelines.
• Massachusetts license
• BLS (AHA)
