Requirements

• Requires a bachelors or associates degree from an accredited school of nursing
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Fulfillment of licensure of the State of Wisconsin for an RN, and be legally eligible to practice in the state of Wisconsin.

Work Hours

We are seeking a full-time (36 hours/week) RN (Flex Pool) to work in our various clinic settings. This position works Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am-5:00pm (occasionally could work until 8pm if filling in at our Kieler Clinic).

Job Summary

Administers nursing care to designated out-patients in a clinic setting in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and supervision of a licensed physician, physician’s assistant, and/or nurse practitioner. Performs a variety of direct patient care duties in compliance with physicians’ orders and appropriate protocol. Performs a variety of indirect patient care duties under the supervision of the Clinic Manager. Reviews and prepares clinical records prior to clinic dates to ensure referring physicians’ notes and corresponding reports are available for the reference by the specialist.
