RN/LPN Clinical Care Coordinator

Bayview Nursing & Rehabilitation, part of the Century Care family and located in the coastal community of New Bern, is currently hiring. Our facility provides residents with a full range of long-term care and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of engaging social and recreational activities. We currently have an opportunity for an energetic and dynamic individual to be our Clinical Care Coordinator.
The RN/LPN Clinical Care Coordinator works as a member of the nursing department leadership team to oversee, manage, direct, and assist the licensed nursing and CNA team. This is primarily a Monday through Friday opportunity. LTC experience, flexibility, strong nursing knowledge required.

Qualifications:
- Required – Credentialed in NC with unencumbered NC License/Certification
- Preferred - Two years’ experience in a Long Term Care environment
- Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software - AHT a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Very comfortable with using computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office
- Valid NC driver’s license and reliable transportation
