Job Description: The role of the Robot Technician encompasses a variety of tasks to be completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Robot Technician is required to provide support to our 3D Scanning Automation Engineering Team; step through (jog) robot programs generated by out 3D Scanning Automation Team; and operate robots to fine-tune programs.

Qualifications:

Experience

· Knowledge in operating industrial robots (e.g. FANUC) preferred

Education

· Associate Degree

Skills

· Proficiency in Office Software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills

· Bi-lingual (English and at least conversational level Korean) preferred

· Strong communication skills to confidently explain information and converse with customers/clients

· Organizational skills to effectively process all paperwork/products

Working Conditions:

· Office and Factory Environment

· Possibility of Travel (e.g. Providing Support to our 3D Automation Engineering Team)

· Noise Level is usually moderate

· Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) can be provided

Work Hours:

· Shift Work

· 8-Hour Work Shift

· 10-Hour Work Shift

· Hours Depend on Client Shift Schedule (e.g. 2nd Shift - 2:00PM to 11:00PM)

· Monday to Friday

· Minimal Amount of Being “On-Call”
