Headquartered in Highlands County Florida. This work requires travel across Highlands County, FL aka mostly Sebring, FL.

We’re a growing company with a national presence, and are big on promoting from within.

Compensation:

A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate along with the benefits listed below:

Compensation highly dependent on level of experience

Requirements:
What we look for in new team members:

• 1+ years’ experience in Residential roofing

• An understanding of Residential roofing including standard shingles and modified applications, willing to train

• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate verbally and written in English, speaking Bilingual is a Big Plus

• Valid Driver’s License is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
The following are expectations of our employees in this position:

• Deliver a quality roof using standardized work

• Solve problems as they occur

• Keep work area in 5S standard

• Safely perform standardized work

• Continuously improve the process

• Be at the job every scheduled day.

• Work well with the crew/assist fellow roofers when possible
