We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing roofing projects, coordinating with the construction team, and generating new business through sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales goals.
• Prepare and present roofing proposals to clients, negotiate contracts, and provide estimates.
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure that roofing projects are aligned with project timelines and requirements.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work with other on-site activities.
• Maintain daily logs, record keeping, and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

• (Preferred not required) Minimum of 5 years of experience in roofing project management and sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing successful roofing projects.
• Knowledge of roofing materials, installation, and repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
