The team at Universal Contracting & Solar is looking for a sales manager for our Orlando Location. Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity in roofing sales management? As our roofing sales manager, you'll be responsible for leading our Orlando sales team and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are a large family owned and run roofing and solar company with 25+ years of experience. We have established offices in Fort Myers, Tampa, Orlando. We are expanding, and looking for like-minded people to grow with us.

Our support staff is second to none with a marketing department, claims department, service department, and great production team. We will teach you the best practices to get money in your pocket, work off of our customer base, and receive referrals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
