We are a 55 and older non profit RV co-op park. Located near Coarsegold California. 25 miles from the south entrance to Yosemite National park. Our park of 254 sites was designed and built entirely by volunteer members. We continue to maintain our park with volunteers.Our office is staffed by volunteers who are overseen by an office manager.

Our Park managers position involves maintaining park rules. Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude in dealing with our 55 and older community. Insuring a smooth transition for new members coming in , and members withdrawing and leaving the park. Handling resident compaints.Keeping all code and regulatory paperwork up to date. Work with our board of directors to to maintain a working knowledge of all rules and by-laws. Work with emergency preparedness to to maintain safety proceedures. Work in conjunction with our maintenance department to schedule needed repairs. Work with volunteers to keep maintenance issues resoved. Work with our office manager as needed . RV reservation experience helpful.

Rv park experience helpful, but not necessary.We have an RV site for a live in manager. A full hook-up with electric and propane allowance. A live in manager is prefered.A local non -live in will be considered. This is salaried position for a standard 40 hour work week.

Computer skills, managment skills and customer service skills are a must.
