Description: Lichtsinn RV of Forest City, IA, has an immediate opening for an RV Service Consultant with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

Due to Dealership expansion, Lichtsinn RV is hiring an additional full-time RV Service Consultant to join our vibrant and energetic team. We are a progressive, high growth dealership focused on a premium guest experience in a newly expanded state-of-the-art dealership facility. This is an incredible developmental opportunity in which the successful candidate will possess RV product knowledge, strong technology skills and strong guest service communication skills.

Primary responsibilities will include helping guests throughout the country with their RV service needs, as well as helping guests that are taking delivery of new and used RVs with education and aftermarket accessories, utilizing phone, online and in-person contact to do so. This position will also work with service technicians on daily scheduling needs, working with our parts department to coordinate necessary parts and accessories and work closely with guests to assist in scheduling appointments, as well as facilitating and executing a best-of-class delivery experience at our store and providing strong after-the-sale support.

This position will join our world class service team. We have been awarded Winnebago Industries’ largest volume sales and parts dealership in North America each year since 2015. We consistently receive some of the highest customer satisfaction scores in the industry.
