Job Summary:
Assists the Safety Manager with safety program in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Assists in ensuring a safe work environment.
Primary Job Functions:
· Safety orientation and training as required
· Responsible for weekly safety huddle
· Maintain maintenance annual LOTO reviews and training
· Maintain FM Global tracking of maintenance items
· Initial and recertification trainings for Pallet Jack, Fork Truck, Rico and Bobcat employees
· Safety Task Force member and Safety Day Coordinator
· Safety audits and JSA’s with Department managers
· Maintain SDS’s and MSDS online.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Enter huddles/training/orientation into Cornerstone
· First aid and PPE inventory
· Assists in minor maintenance work orders
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Knowledge of local, state and federal safety regulations
· A thorough knowledge of standard office procedures, practices and equipment
· Ability to multi-task, plan, organize and review information proficiently.
· Good presentation skills, communications, both written and verbal
· Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of employees

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
