Mancan Staffing is hiring in Oakdale! We’re looking for a sales administrator for a distribution company to deliver positive customer experiences by fostering strong customer relationships, maintaining excellent communication, and delivering customer oriented service at all times. This is a temp to perm dayshift (7:30am-4:30 pm) position. This position pays $24.00 per hour to start.Job Duties Include:
- Processing customer orders in a timely manner
- Responding to request for quotes (RFQs)
- Contract negotiation
- Obtaining information from customers to forecast future needs/stock
- Invoicing
- Resolve customer concerns
- Identifying customer needs
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely fulfilment and accurate invoicing of orders
- Strong customer service experience
- Bachelor’s or associates degree in a customer service related field or commensurate experience.
- Intermediate or better MS Office skills including Excel
- Experience in the manufacturing industry would be a huge plus!
