Job description
LEASING PROFESSIONAL (PART-TIME WEEKEND)
The Villas on Wallace Road is a luxury apartment homes with 76 apartment homes located in Rocky Hill area. We are looking for a part-time sale orientated individual who will add to our people focused culture.
Salary: $15/hour, based on experience, plus commissions!
Hours: 10 am – 4 pm (Saturdays)
12 pm – 4 pm (Sundays)
· Provide superior customer service.
- Assist in complete market surveys.
- Show, lease and move in prospective community residents.
- Update unit availability daily.
- Process maintenance request.
- Offer excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of state laws as it relates to fair housing is a plus.
- Intermediate computer and internet knowledge.
- Build relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure satisfaction.
· Maintain clubhouse area in a clean and tidy manner.
· Additional tasks or duties assigned by Property Manager.
