FedPro, a subsidiary of FPC International, Inc., is looking for a resourceful self-starter to join the Marketing team! The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will bring their can-do attitude to a variety of sales and marketing responsibilities.
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support including meeting deadlines, projects, and tradeshow coordination.

Location: Warrensville Heights, OH, in-office (4520 Richmond Rd.)
Reports to: Marketing Manager

What you’ll be doing:
· Prepare and maintain sales and marketing reports, including promotional results, weekly POS, and weekly Amazon and TACOS reports.
· Register for trade shows and coordinate show requirements (booth materials, staffing, products, etc.).
· Coordinate and maintain sales and marketing calendar of promotions, line reviews, customer meetings, trade shows, and sales contests.
· Create, maintain, assemble, and continually update sales materials including presentation slides, marketing literature, order forms, signage, show specials and brochures.
· Maintain and manage physical inventory of all marketing materials and promotional items (order forms, sell sheets, brochures, swag, etc.). Assist Operations with intake of returned trade show shipments and take inventory of shipped vs. returned.
· Complete new item set up forms for all Retail accounts. Set up, monitor, and update images and content for online product pages. Write copy as needed.
Background you’ll need:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
· Previous experience performing administrative tasks or a similar role.
· Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure.
· Self-starter and ability to think creatively to solve problems.
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
