We are actively recruiting a Sales and Marketing Leader to join the Bensonwood Homes team and its family of brands. What you’ll do:
As a key member of the senior leadership team and reporting to the CEO, you will lead the sales and marketing functions and continue to build a strong collaborative team. You will be a critical force in shaping the go-to-market strategy and leading its execution. Also, as a member of leadership, you will actively participate in developing and adjusting strategic and operational plans and setting key performance metrics across the organization.
· Partner with the executive team to develop a proactive business development and revenue strategy aligned with production capacity. Work with Directors in Marketing and Sales to operationalize and execute the strategy, coordinating across multiple brands. This includes Unity Homes, OpenHome, Tektoniks, and BWC custom projects.
· Lead revenue forecasting by analyzing business tactics, performance, pricing and sales strategies, market research, and competition.
· Provide leadership to the sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of goals and objectives. Establish a sound organizational structure with clear plans and sales targets to
drive efficiency and success. Measure the effectiveness of current sales initiatives against key metrics and implement changes if necessary.
· Understand client needs and desires as well as evolving pricing nuances to ensure contracts are comprehensive and mutually beneficial to all parties. Work with sales teams to continuously refine negotiation process.
· Work with the executive team and marketing director to ensure marketing efforts are producing sufficient high-quality sales leads to achieve company goals.
· Ensure customer relations are consistently high quality throughout the preconstruction phase of the client’s lifecycle.
· Be responsible for customer education via materials developed by sales and marketing that include appropriate technical detail for the intended audiences.
· Work with design and production teams to continuously develop and manage a product mix that is consistent with a core focus and aligned with marketing needs.
· Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the ever-evolving US construction market and opportunities for BWC/Unity to gain long-term competitive advantage.
What you’ll need to be successful:
· 10+ years in diverse leadership roles in construction or similar industries, driving and implementing revenue growth.
· Proven track record of growing revenue in $30M plus organizations through marketing, sales, and partnerships.
· Strong technical experience with Salesforce or other CRM software and other business productivity tools.
· Demonstrable success in business measurement and effective decision-making based on metrics.
· Experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
