Sales and Marketing Associate Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Developing effective sales strategies to increase company sales.
- Maintaining an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective approaches.
- Locate, develop, define and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs and results, and provide reporting on such to determine appropriate strategies.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to leverage networking opportunities, generate leads, and understand competitors' offerings / trends in the industry.
Important Traits to Help You Rock this Role
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or related field is preferred, however, not required
- Proven experience working in sales
- Experience within 'trade work'
- Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and comfortable/familiar with CRM platforms
- Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics
- The ability to anticipate consumer behavior
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
