VW of Wesley Chapel, is seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our Sales Department representing our dealership and the Volkswagen product in a positive, professional manner. You will assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the customer with questions regarding the company, perspective vehicles, and their ability to purchase
• Long-term follow up with leads not ready to purchase
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferable
• Dedication to high customer satisfaction

• Prompt and courteous
• Enthusiastic personality
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Must be able to cooperate and work well with teammates
