A national leader in fitness is currently expanding the team and seeking a qualified Sales Associates that are focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. REQUIREMENTS:

• Strongly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results oriented

• 1 year of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred

• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail

• Able to accurately establish priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs

• Must have excellent organization, strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone

• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment

• Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and organized

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information

• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public

• Proficiency with computers and Studio software

• Work well under time constraints and proficient in multi-tasking

*Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evenings and weekend availability.

DUTIES:

• Lead generation including Grassroots Marketing and networking

• Membership and retail sales

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

• Enforce studio policies and procedures

• Provide exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone and email

• Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities

• Contact prospects/leads to schedule stretch sessions and enroll them in a membership

• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible

• Execute light Operational duties such as: ordering supplies, scheduling staff, aid with social media and anything else Owner sees fit

• Any other duties as assigned

• This position offers hourly base rate plus commission opportunities

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
