Sales Clerks

Sales Clerks are responsible for providing excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly environment, quickly and accurately utilizing the POS system for cash register transactions, and ensuring that the store is maintained to meet all company standards. Sales Clerks will undertake a variety of tasks each shift including; food prep, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, stocking, pricing, cash register operations, and loss prevention. This position requires a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and a willingness to assist our customers, vendors, and other teammates to the best of their ability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - including, but not limited to:

Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes: greeting and acknowledging every guest, demonstrating a solid knowledge of our products, providing necessary assistance in locating products, and all other components of customer service.

Maintain an awareness of merchandise promotions, test merchandise, and advertisements.

Assist in floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.

Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock.

Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and practices pertaining to signing, pricing, and loss prevention, and checking IDs.

Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.

Perform regular cleaning activities including: cleaning floors, glass doors, counter surfaces, restrooms, emptying all interior and exterior trash cans, rotating and straightening merchandise, and cleaning food and beverage equipment.

Any other duties as assigned by management.
