Regent Cabinets has an immediate opening for a Sales Assistant for their Lakewood, NJ location! This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in preparing accurate orders for projects by gathering information and analyzing essential metrics.

As a Sales Assistant, you will support the Sales Team and provide world-class customer service to our clients. The Sales Assistant will be highly organized and have excellent working computer skills.

Regent Cabinets, a member of the HCI portfolio, is a provider of custom cabinets, countertops and related hardware to the multi-family construction industry. The Company also imports pre-cut stone, marble and quartz countertops that are sold with their cabinets. Regent is currently focused on the premium, 100+ unit segment of the multi-family market in the US.

As a sales assistant, you are responsible to:

• Gather first-hand information from sites, warehouses or other venues
• Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions etc.)
• Prepare quotes and change orders
• Get trained to be able to do estimates on your own
• Monitor samples needed for customers
• Be in contact with customers for finished selections, and prepare finished selection submittals for approval from customers.
• Monitor the planning, scheduling, manpower needs, etc. for each job.

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information
• Ability work on multiple projects while meeting required deadlines

We provide a complete and thorough training program for this position! Pay ranges from $20-24/hr.
