Juristat is building an innovative suite of products for patent attorneys, and we are scaling the team to create and sell those tools. We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Sales Development Representatives uncover sales opportunities and work closely with Account Executives to increase the top-of-the-funnel pipeline with quality sales leads.

This role is 100% remote, forever, with optional office space for in-person meetings/gatherings at the St. Louis, MO headquarters and may be available in additional locations as Juristat grows.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients and handing off warm leads to Account Executives:

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing Sales strategies to uncover prospective customer pain points and set introductory meetings
  • Performing research at individual and organization-wide levels to identify relevant Sales messaging
  • Creating relationships with prospective customers through phone, email, and social media communication
  • Diagnosing current pain areas and proposing solutions aligned with Juristat’s suite of products to build credibility and trust
  • Learning how to anticipate and overcome objections in a customer-centric fashion
  • Qualifying prospective customer leads for warm hand-off to Account Executives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Long-term interest in a Sales role
  • You’re competitive and work with excellence in all you do
  • You’re a great listener and are coachable
  • Impeccable attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points:

  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative with a track record of exceeding meeting targets
  • Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesloft, Google Office Suite and LinkedIn
