Miracle Method of Detroit is a well-established residential and commercial kitchen and bathroom refinishing company that services all of the greater Detroit area.

Job Details for Estimator:
 Monday – Friday, 1 st shift (Must be flexible for occasional weekends or overtime)

 Between $50,000 to $80,000 annually

Job Responsibilities for Estimator:

 Meet with residential and commercial property owners to provide detailed cost estimates and proposals

 Take accurate measurements during consultation to fully understand project parameters
 Complete estimates in a timely manner utilizing scheduling/estimating software
 Maintain client communication by providing status and scheduling updates
 Generate sales leads and appointments by attending home/trade shows in and around market
territory

Job Requirements for Estimator:
 Possess the ability to read and interpret a tape measure along with basic computer skills
 Successful completion of background check
 Must possess a valid US Driver’s license with clean driving record
 Occasional travel required for commercial projects
 Prior estimating experience required

Prior estimating, sales or design experience required. Surface refinishing, technician, or painting experience is preferred, but not required.

Repair, restoration, or installation of tile, kitchen, bathtub, shower, or bathroom fixtures is helpful, but not required.
