Kocourek Subaru in Wausau, is looking for a New Car Sales Manager. We are looking for a person that has: talent, drive, character, energy and positive attitude to lead the sales team.

The Sales Manager will manage the New and Used Car Department in a profitable and professional manner. They will lead by example with urgency, determination and positive attitude.

The automotive Sales Manager supervises a team of salespeople. Similar to all automotive salespeople, the primary objective of managers is to sell cars. In some cases, managers must provide direction and motivation to the sales staff in order to move the most inventory possible as fast as possible. Additional job duties include hiring, coaching, training and setting sales goals for employees. Automotive sales managers also develop annual sales budgets, monitor inventory and cultivate good guest relations. The Sales Manager will need to achieve and manage required standards to be a Love Promise Customer Commitment award winner.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Desk deals and give salespeople direction in closing deals.

Talk with all new and used car customers before they leave.

Maintain CSI scores that are above the Region.

Market and merchandize our new and used car inventory (lot appearance, sale tags, etc.).

Keep work environment upbeat and positive (attitude sells).

Coach and represent Kocourek Core Values.

Ensure all internet standards are achieved.

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of showroom, office areas and guest area.

Update forecasts and track all sales activity.

Conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn how to take on additional responsibilities as to continue to move up within the organization.

Conduct effective and meaningful training meetings.

Review the daily D.O.C. for accuracy.

Conduct daily one-on-ones with salespeople.
