Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manages the sales operation process, performs forecasting, budgeting, planning, quoting, and analysis activities for sales operations.
  • Acts as the communication conduit between the Customer, Sales, Business Unit, and the Factory to optimize revenue and achieve mutual objectives.
  • Manages the customer's supply chain requirements, product demand and the company's supply strategies.
  • Forecasts revenue dollar commitments to the corporation.
  • Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives.
  • Approves and executes pricing exceptions.
  • Develops, implements and manages the underlying business processes running the sales operations functions.
  • Determines CRM, other sales enablement, and sales operations requirements to support the business processes, working with IT.
  • Manages sales data operations and view of performance to critical business indicators.

  • Strong analytical and data management skills and ability to work through complex/ambiguous business scenarios
  • Willingness to solicit and listen to critical feedback to improve forecast, while simultaneously demonstrating confidence in numbers and analysis
  • Willingness to consistently deliver results under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills managing stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated experience influencing via excellent written and oral communication
  • Demonstrated skills in driving processes and solving problems across multiple business groups

Qualifications


You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with 2 years of experience with Sales Operations support

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in Sales Force, excel and power BI
  • Experience with forecasting, quoting and pipeline analysis

Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
