We assess each client’s care level needs, financial needs and general preferred locations to recommend the best independent living, assisted living, memory care and in-home care options.

Our CarePatrol of Bellevue-Eastside team is growing! We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. We are a virtual office, so this is a home-based position, but will require travel within the assigned territory (primarily East and South King County). We offer a competitive base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 annually based on related experience, plus quarterly bonus potential. Responsibilities of Sales Operations Coordinator, including but not limited to:

● Answers phones, schedules appointments and meetings for staff as needed;

● Pre-screens leads & referrals for viability;

● Schedules intake calls and follow up meetings with Senior Care Advisors;

● Develops and prepares reports and sales forecasts;

● Conducts outreach (calls, emails, fax) to healthcare facilities, social workers, providers, physicians, clinics, and elder care facilities to educate & promote awareness of services/offerings;

● Event prep and set up for health resource fairs, conferences, annual events, etc.;

● Calls providers to confirm availability & services, and updates information in database;

● Visits provider locations, takes photos, completes profile form and enters into database;

● Serves as primary point of contact for provider contracts which includes creating & sending contracts to providers, collecting signed contracts, and reviewing for accuracy/compliance;

● Maps applicable provider locations for each client using mapping program;

● Conducts research on provider standings with the appropriate government agencies and updates the database with findings;

● Purchasing and managing inventory, supplies, fliers, business cards, and other marketing materials;

● Maintains professional knowledge by attending networking & online events, educational workshops, etc.;

● Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience for Sales Operations Coordinator:

● Prior customer service/client service and sales experience, via phone and in-person;

● Prior experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool;

● Prior experience running & interpreting reports;

● Working knowledge of Greater Seattle area senior living industry required;

● Prior experience working with contracts required;

● Strong computer skills with ability to quickly learn new software programs & databases;

● Familiarity with Google Suite & Office 365, Adobe Acrobat & DocuSign. Experience with NaviHealth a plus.

● Valid drivers’ license, insurance and reliable transportation to/from in-person meetings;

● Ability to work remotely from home and maintain office equipment;

● Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;

● Outstanding organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills;

● Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy;

● Self-directed and accountable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
