● Sales/Project Management role for providing estimates in person for our amazing customers, managing current projects, managing crews, and networking. ●
Monday-Friday, Full-Time Position

Our ideal candidate is a self starter who has extensive experience in Sales, Project
Management, Customer Service, and Networking. We are looking for someone who loves hitting targets and goals and who wants to grow with our company.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

● Ensure assigned project(s) are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting clients’ needs and delivering a quality project.

● Estimate projects for customers using company software and pricing.
● Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from “approval” to “completed”. ●
Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects in close consultation with homeowners and crews.
● Attend networking events and generate a large network of referral partners.
● Make change orders as needed.
● Manage painting crews.
● Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made.
● Ensure accuracy in estimates and job costing and facilitate weekly owner reports on all jobs managed.
● Communicate the scheduling preferences and needs of the customer to the painters using project notes and direct communication.
● Guide project to completion to ensure proper close-out.
● Ensure customer satisfaction.
● Sell add ons.
● Invoicing.

Qualifications:

● Ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors.
● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors and clients.
● Highly skilled at networking
● Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated.
● Superb time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
● Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in the use of a personal computer/cell phone and software programs. ●
Minimum of 2 years of successful project management experience desired. Demonstrated work history of safely executing projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
● Budget control and job cost forecasting experience and skills.
● Experience in residential repainting and commercial painting, a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
