Experienced SALES REPRESENTATIVE sought by ARC Healthcare for contract opportunities in Columbus, OH
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Identifies new opportunities by developing long-term partnerships with assigned clients and field representatives.
- Research accounts and generates or follows through on sales leads.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.
- Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments in field.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing professional communication and relationship management; responds to and resolves any issues or complaints that may arise post-sale.
- Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.
- Reporting as required
QUALIFICATIONS:- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively in person, via telephone, videoconference platforms, and at client locations.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals through prospecting, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite for basic business functions.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with referral partners
Education and Experience;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field preferred; related experience and successful track record in sales may substitute for education.
- Must be able to travel as needed up to 30% of the time, including overnight stays as needed.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to work in the US.
- Ideal person will be driven and goal oriented.
- Must be able to achieve sales KPIs
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Shift
8-5 but the schedule is flexible after the training period
