GOAL OF THE POST: to provide the clinic with revenue, by organizing the sales department and accompanying customers on the sales funnel. THE CLINIC'S INCOME IS MORE THAN THE COST

The purpose of the department is to communicate with potential, new and regular customers, sell them clinic services, enter into contracts and receive payments to provide the clinic with income. THE WHOLE IDEA OF THE SALES DEPARTMENT IS TO CREATE A CUSTOMER BASE THAT CONTINUES TO BE CONSTANT AND CAN EXPAND RAPIDLY, INCREASING THE INCOME OF THE CLINIC WITH MINIMAL COSTS.

The Job Responsibilities are:

• Check and analyzing reports
• Work with the doctors and therapists about the sales. Work with the clients about the referral program
• Sell the plan or package that is best suited to the patient's treatment plan given by the acupuncturist
• Provide the highest levels of customer service for all guests and members throughout their visit.
• Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
• Be a team player and contribute to a positive, healthy work place culture

Minimum Requirements:

• Spanish, English Required
• Confident in presenting and selling services
• Cheerful, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
• Able to work on weekends
• Able to use office equipment; computer, tablet, and phone system
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Dedication to high quality service
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear company approved attire
