Outside Sales Representative | Lead Sales Consultant | Territory Sales Manager
Get your foot in the door, and with hard work and determination, you will have the ability to branch into a Sales leadership position in no time!
You’ll be a rockstar Sales Representative if:
- You have the ability to expertly deliver a proven sales presentation and consult with prospective customers on solar energy solutions for their homes.
- You can predict the future. Kidding! But you can intelligently navigate conversations with residential homeowners and anticipate what products best fit their needs.
- You’re hungry for opportunity - qualifying customers using both established and creative lead methods to build your book of business.
- You savor opportunities to devour the competition - meeting and exceeding sales goals, including quotas, lead response timeliness, and meeting conversations.
- You are eager to participate in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, self-study, licensing (if applicable), and lead-qualifying activities.
- You’re a beast at building and maintaining strong relationships with your sphere of influence and the community.

To be considered, you’ll need:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and transportation
- The ability to rise and shine, walking 5 to 6 hours per day
- ¿ Hablas Español ? Spanish bilingual is a plus for us
