RAPIDLY GROWING PEST CONTROL COMPANY LOOKING TO ADD A NEW TEAM MEMBER.

Elite is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Sales Representative position in the Port Charlotte and surrounding areas, who enjoys working independently, likes being outdoors and is looking to start a new career path!
You will be selling residential pest control, lawn and termite services for a family-owned pest control company. Targeting our ideal client base you will Prospect, Inspect and Close new business.
Prospecting for new customers to include pre-scheduled appointments and self-created leads, referrals, networking and community involvement.
- Must be able to perform inspections and fill out paperwork and be motived in turning those leads into sales.
- As a sales/inspector we give you leads and resources to help meet your monthly sales goal.
- Explanation of services to be rendered, including treatment methods.
- Collection of fees for services rendered.
Daily:
- Meet company's professional standards and expectations
- Be respectful and do what's right and treat other the ways you want to be treated.
- Must be on time to scheduled inspections and sales calls.
- Required to report to the office each morning prepared to review the previous day's sales.
- Paper work must be accurately completed and turned in to Manager daily.
- Make follow-up calls on all outstanding proposals.
- Clover leaf new home sales in neighborhoods for pest control and lawns.
- Minimum of four documented selling opportunities per day required
Position Summary:
- Outside Sales 1 year (Pest control Preferred)
- Customer Service 1 year (required)
- Termite Inspection 1 year (preferred)
Working Conditions:
- This Sales/Inspectors position requires extensive drive time, a clean MVR is required.
- Sales/Inspectors are required to crawl through attics and crawlspaces to preform inspections.
- Have the ability to use equipment such as, ladder, flashlights, PPE and must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
