We are currently offering a Full-Time and Part-Time Bilingual Sales position. We have a great commission structure to go along with your hourly wage. Those who excel in sales and customer service and thrive in a team environment are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
