Founded in 2014, Patterson Performance is El Paso's one stop shop when it comes to modifying your vehicle, or simply maintaining your daily driver. We are veteran owned and operated, and support the community any chance we can.

Patterson Performance is looking to hire a motivated individual to assist clients with their automotive repair and modification needs.

An ideal candidate will have all or some of the following qualifications:

• Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely & helpful responses.
• Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers.
• Schedule appointments, create estimates and invoices, monitor vehicle service progress and update clients, calculate charges and process payments.
• Review customer accounts and follow up to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances.
• Serve as a customer relationship manager, and build professional relationships with clients.

The automotive industry is always changing & evolving. Sales / Service representatives need to stay educated on new products, vehicle features, etc. to ensure they can provide client's with educated responses to questions.

Our sales team handles a variety of exclusive brand accounts, in which there is occasional paid travel involved for conventions, shows and/or motorsport events. Availability for traveling is preferred but not required.

A minimum of 2 years of sales / service experience in the automotive industry is highly desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
