You can expect to earn $45,000-$80,000+ of base salary plus commission combined.

Requirements:

• Valid Property & Casualty insurance license (we will help you!)
• Pass a state background check.
• Previous sales with commission-based experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Generate new business through carious channels such as cold calling, networking, obtaining referrals and other marketing strategies (we will train you!).
• Offer exceptional service and insurance solutions to meet clients' individual needs.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes to insurance regulations.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
