Would you like to focus with vacation or short term rental home sales? We have an exciting opportunity to join our vacation home buying and selling team. We want someone driven, a good communicator, and licensed. You'll get the opportunity to tap into our vacation home resources and systems with this upside commission opportunity. If you are new to real estate, our mentorship and coaching program can help you get started quickly. We have a hard-working and fun office atmosphere. Compensation:$85,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Convert pre-qualified leads
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
- Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure the growth of our customer base
- Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Lead generation
